Free Pattern Friday: Sweater Bunny Amigurumi

bunnyAllHere’s a free pattern for your Friday enjoyment, a 5.5″ tall bunny wearing a little sweater. Easter’s on its way and this would make a great basket-stuffer. It works up pretty quick so you should be able to finish it in time for Easter shenanigans.

Another one of my old patterns I decided to tweak. Here’s a comparison:

Geeez, that horrible lighting.

Changes:
– Removed the white patch around the mouth
– Used different colors of blue, yellow, and brown
– Slightly enlarged the legs, ears, head, and tail
– Added another round to the sweater stripe
– Changed arm pattern and position
– Used smaller safety eyes

Nothing too different here. I decided to remove the snout because the face was a little crowded. I would definitely try adding blush marks to make it super cute! If I recall correctly this was one of my earliest original patterns so I kind of have a soft spot for it, despite the old version being pretty awkward looking.
